I suffer most at night. I have put cooling sheets and this cooling blanket on my bed. It helps so much. I highly recommend to anyone who needs to sleep cooler. Lightweight and perfect for where I live in Texas year round.

This blanket is awesome. It’s like magic. Living in Florida, I have trouble sleeping from the heat. Regular blankets are too hot . Blanket on and off all night. Last night was the first time I was able to sleep straight thru with the cooling blanket . Kept me at a comfortable temperature all night.

The original purpose of this blanket was to of course stay cool at night. It definitely does that. My boyfriend is a sweater at night and has to take the blanket off him halfway through the night. Bought this for him and he tested it for about a half hour and it did its job. The true test was for the whole night, he used it at night for a whole week and not once did he get uncomfortable when using this at night. He enjoys it quite a bit. This was used even with the heat on at 75° for the heat in the house and he was cold. My husky happened to lay on it once and he enjoyed the time he was on it before I had to confiscate it from him. As an fyi per my generator of a boyfriend, if you use another blanket on top it will trap the body heat in. The matte looking side is the side for skin contact to keep you cool while the shiny esque looking side is what you keep off you otherwise it won’t do its job properly. So not only does my boyfriend like it, my husky likes it.

This is a great cooling blanket. Extremely comfortable.

I love this thing for that purpose. Just make sure which side you are using because one side is cooling which lets heat escape and the other side is supposed to insulate better making it the hot side. Washed a few times already and let air dry. Been holding up well so far

This is a must for hot sleepers! I even take it with me when I go away!

I bought this with the hopes of it doing what it claims to do. To my happiness, it does indeed work! I take meditation that causes me to feel ill if I get to hot, this blanket does the trick, it’s pretty hot outside and the blanket is cool to the touch and it’s just the right weight!

Yall where do I begin. My man's a hot sleeper, I'm talking sweating sticking to me, we use separate blankets type stuff. So this blanket is heavy,it hugs your body and you see everything. And girls you know in the morning when you and your man waking up? Oh child morning now. Anywho one side is cool and other is soft. I went to take a nap one afternoon and grabbed the blanket from him ( he works 3rd) and it was hot a all heck and I'm thinking man the blanket don't work. I cover myself and as soon as I do it's cool to my skin but I'm warm of that makes sense. Not paid for this but I definitely would buy this if I were you. Plus side is my man loves it to and he was iffy at first .

This is perfect!! It’s big enough for the big bed and stays cool! The only downfall is when drying it like rolls into itself and is a pain to unravel!

Love this so much kind of has a weight to it but it is very light and it keeps me cool for the whole night
